Your journey as a representative begins with the foundational work. The first phase – First Principles, is dedicated entirely to your own personal transformation. Here, you will establish a direct, felt understanding of the Alchymie as a living process in your own case, and learn the fundamental Hermetic practices that support a life of consciousness and awakening. This is the essential groundwork that must precede any act of representation.
Once that foundation has been laid, the training turns towards the responsibility of sharing this Work with the world. In the second phase, Sharing the Work with Integrity, you will learn the art of speaking about the Alchymie, not as a salesperson, but as an authentic and humble presence. You will explore how to introduce the sacred instruments and literature to others with clarity and grace.
Finally, you will bring this understanding into practice. The third phase, Holding Space for the First Encounter, focuses on the practical art of guiding another person through their initial experience of the Alchymie. You will learn the specific protocols for creating a sacred space and the crucial clarifications of what this role of ‘representative’ truly is, and what it is not.
