As representatives of the Alchymie, one of the first and most profound understandings we must embody comes from the foundational text, “Oh Dear Mum and Dad Ate All The Pie”:

“We are not evangelical. We have nothing to prove, nothing to defend. We are there to serve those who can truly respond…”

This principle must be the bedrock of our service. The human tendency, when holding something of immense value, is to want to convince others of its worth. We must allow this impulse to be undone in us, again and again.

Your role is not to persuade, explain, or justify the Work. The Alchymie is its own demonstration; it is a living current that will be felt by those who can feel it. Your responsibility is to be a clear and unwavering conduit for that current. To be a stable, quiet presence that holds the space for others to have their own response – whatever that may be.

Trust the Alchymie. Trust the Heart. They are the only authorities in this Work. Our task is simply to be a pure and honest reflection of them.
