The structure of our global body of representatives is not a conventional, top-down hierarchy. It is a cooperative one, a living field of shared responsibility. The guiding principle for this is found in the text, “Who’s The Boss?”:

“We make someone else our boss when we fail to Anticipate the needs of our involvement together. The key therefore to our true involvement is to Anticipate our mutual needs and fulfil them as a matter of personal responsibility.”

What does this mean in a practical sense? It means that the responsibility for the integrity and flow of this Work does not rest with a central authority, but with each of us. It invites us to extend our awareness beyond our individual roles and to feel into the needs of the whole.

If you see a place where clarity is needed, offer it. If you have a resource that could benefit others, share it. If you sense a question arising in the field, pose it here in our dialogue. This is not a matter of ‘doing more work,’ but of being more present and responsive. It is the shift from ‘me’ to ‘we’. By anticipating and fulfilling our mutual needs, we create a resilient, intelligent and truly supportive network of service for the Alchymie to move through.
